Annual monitoring & changes

The accreditation body must maintain the conditions for approval on a continuous basis and report on important changes affecting teaching and student rights. The report should be anonymous. Significant changes: Operating entity, campus, project name or objective, teaching model, certification arrangements, major resources, discontinuations, and major interest events. Overdue or issue dealt with: notification of correction, request for correction, necessary verification, suspension or revocation; procedural opportunity to respond prior to the measure being taken; exigency interest risk may be subject to interim measures and reasons given. Form: Institution and accreditation number, reporting period, type of change, date of occurrence, impact project, student security, person responsible for the measure, attachment of evidence, confirmation of authenticity.
