Monitoring & renewal

Accreditation lasts three years as specified in the decision. Submit annual updates and report material changes for scope review. Apply for renewal six months before expiry; renewal requests do not extend validity automatically. Material issues may lead to corrective action, suspension or withdrawal and register updates.
