The application for renewal does not automatically extend the validity of the original certificate. Review material: last decision and overhaul, three-year change in quality, existing training programmes and appraisals, changes in resources, student feedback, project results and annual monitoring records. Process: Application scope confirmation and quotation material Qualification of independent decision Quantification of independent decision Quantification of updated registration. Extension costs are provided and accepted prior to commencement, and no automatic deductions may be made without a fixed price. Form: Original number, extension scope, change of project, responsible person, expectation arrangement, self-assessment and evidence, confirmation of terms.
